If I determine that your child would be better served by another professional due to a specific area outside of my expertise, I will let you know and provide guidance on next steps.

Scheduling

At this time, appointments are available on a limited basis. Additional days and times may open in the future. A waitlist is available, please let me know if you’d like to be added.

Session Locations
I provide mobile occupational therapy in the Seacoast NH area. Depending on your location and at my discretion, sessions may be held at your home or a designated outdoor location. The specific location is determined at the time of scheduling.

Appointment Length
Each session is 60 minutes and includes time to connect with caregivers at the start, and at the end.

Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy

This time is set aside especially for your child. Please give 24 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment.

Pricing for Individual OT Appointments

Initial Evaluation – (60 minutes) Please reach out for pricing
The initial evaluation allows me to understand your child’s strengths and challenges. This fee includes:

• Caregiver phone call prior to session to establish care and learn more about their child.

• The 60-minute in-person evaluation inclusive of time to connect with caregivers at the end of the session

• Preparation and behind-the-scenes work involved in an evaluation and to develop a individual treatment plan

Therapy Appointment – (60 minutes) Please reach out for pricing
Each therapy session is 60 minutes, including check-in and end-of session connection with caregivers.

Insurance
Empowering Roots OT is not currently contracted as an in-network provider with private insurances. Upon request, I am happy to provide you with a superbill for the purpose of seeking out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

This allows me to focus fully on each child and family, creating goals and approaches that are individualized, flexible, and meaningful.

Payment
Full payment is due at each appointment and can be made by cash, check, or credit card (+credit card fees).

Possible Future Small Group Opportunities

I would like to offer small group occupational therapy sessions in the future if there is enough interest and scheduling availability. Group sessions give children the chance to practice skills while enjoying the support, encouragement, and fun of learning alongside peers.
