As a board certified and licensed occupational therapist, I combine evidence-based practices with the therapeutic benefits of nature, supporting each child and their family on a unique journey of growth and connection.

I provide community and natured based OT services across the Seacoast NH area. Each session is thoughtfully designed to nurture your child’s developmental growth. I partner closely with caregivers to extend progress beyond therapy sessions, helping children thrive at home, at school, and in everyday life.
My comprehensive therapeutic approach supports a broad range of developmental areas, including, but not limited to:
Fine motor skills
Gross motor skills
Sensory processing and regulation
Executive functioning
Social-emotional development
Through meaningful play and movement, sessions help children grow in confidence, independence, and everyday life skills.
